What I anticipated to be a conversation with my favorite bartender at my favorite dive bar about, well, dive bars, his relationships and his musical experiences QUICKLY turned into a show mostly about cooking! I had NO idea about the experiences of Chad Bechtel's path to today which included playing Halo with John Mayer, being the head chef at some fine dining establishments and his not-so-secret love of Fireball Whisky.
