Dave Hines is an on-air talent for US 97 here in Springfield, but lives and works in Los Angeles as an in-demand voiceover artist in addition to having worked on shows such as Nikki Sixx's "Sixx Sense" and "The Steve Harvey Morning Show" as a part of the iHeartRADIO family. More importantly, Dave is a close friend, having experienced many of the same trials we all do in trying to get through life. He's been mentoring Uli as the podcast begins to take flight, and is MORE than generous with his time and talents in trying to make The Real State a very real thing.
